    Q. What is Action Photo Evidence?

    Ans.
    This report is a printable report centered around photo evidence. It allows reviewers the
    ability to identify an Action List, filter for locations and then isolate the completed actions
    with photos.

    To navigate to Action Photo Evidence:

    • Sign in to the web site.
    • Click the “Review” tab on the left navigation.
    • Click the “Action Photo Evidence” link in the body of the page.

    Q. What is Location-Group Recap Report?

    Ans.
    This report revisits emailed reports of action list item status for your location groups.

    To navigate to Location-Group Recap Report:

    • Sign in to the web site.
    • Click the “Review” tab on the left navigation.
    • Click the “Location-Group Recap Report” link in the body of the page.

    Q. What is Location Action Status Review?

    Ans.
    This report helps you to filter and sort Action Lists by date range to stack location action
    status.

    To navigate to Location Action Status Review report:

    This report helps you to filter and sort Action Lists by date range to stack location action
    status.

    Q. What is Location Photo Evidence?

    Ans.
    This report helps you visualize action evidence by locations for specific action lists.

    To navigate to Location Photo Evidence report:

    Q. What is Action Status Review?

    Ans.
    This report visualizes action evidence by action status, compares with example image and builds a printable PDF report.

    Q. What is Traffic Insights?

    Ans.
    Traffic insights measure in-location foot traffic per hour with the option to juxtapose conversion rates.

    To navigate to Traffic Insights:

    • Sign in to the web site.

    Ans.
    This report allows users to visualize the aggregated action status by list, location group, and date.

    To navigate to Group Action List Status report:

    This report allows users to visualize aggregated status statistics by location group and date range.

    Q. What is Organization Meta Rollup Report?

    Ans.
    Organization meta roll up report contains general statistics such as action created, users added, etc.

    To navigate to Organization Meta Rollup report:

    • Sign in to the web site.
    • Click the “Review” tab on the left navigation.
    • Click the “Organization Meta Rollup” link in the body of the page.

    Q. What is User Manifest CSV Report?

    Ans.
    This contains a list of all users and includes all the details for each user such as username, name, location group, etc.

    To download the User Manifest CSV report:

    • Sign in to the web site.
    • Click the “Review” tab on the left navigation.
    • Click the “User Manifest CSV” link in the body of the page.

    Q. What is Location Manifest CSV Report?

    Ans.
    Location Manifest CSV report is a CSV report that can be downloaded, containing all the location details including location groups hierarchy.

    To navigate to Location Manifest CSV report:

    • Sign in to the web site.
    • Click the “Review” tab on the left navigation.
    • Click the “Location Manifest CSV” link in the body of the page.

    Q. What is Open Reflections?

    Ans.
    This report displays all the open and unresolved reflections. You can accept or fail reflections from this view.

    To navigate to Open Reflections report:

    • Sign in to the web site.
    • Click the “Review” tab on the left navigation.
    • Click the “Open Reflections” link in the body of the page.

    Q. What is Location Action Status Review?

    Ans.
    This view allows reviewers to filter by date-range, statuses, lists, location groups, locations, and formats to find actions requiring attention. This allows reviewers to point out where the problem areas are.

    • Use the filter-bar to narrow scope of your search
    • Click Run Report Button
    • Reviewers can accept, reflect and fail actions from this view.

    • Sign in to the web site.
    • Click the “Review” tab on the left navigation.

    Q. What is Action Status By Date Range?

    Ans.
    This view allows reviewers to filter by date-range, statuses, lists, location groups, locations, and formats to find actions requiring attention. This allows reviewers to point out where the problem areas are.

    Q. What is action view and how do I use it?

    Ans.
    The Action view allows reviewers to filter by date-range and location to find actions requiring attention.

    To use the Action view:

    • Use the filter-bar to narrow the scope of your search.
    • Choose an Action List (left column).
    • Choose a location (middle column).
    • View and interact with actions (right column).

    Reviewers can accept, reflect, and fail actions from this view.

    Q. What codes can the device read for textual input requirements?

    Ans.
    The RealCADENCE™ for iOS app can scan the following types:

    • RUPC-E

    Some are known as “Bar Codes” others are different machine-readable types.

    Q. What is a reflection and how do I update it?

    Ans.
    Reflections provide a mechanism for tracking and follow-up for actions that require further attention. Management can initiate a new reflection, update it, accept or fail it through the RealCADENCE™ web site review tools.

    Brand Implementors will see reflection requirements and fulfill update requirements on their RealCADENCE device app.

    Q. What is a confirmation requirement?

    Ans.
    A “Confirmation” requirement simply prompts the user to confirm they could complete the requirements by touching a “Yes” button.

    Touching “No” results in a Reflection being automatically created for this action.

    Q. What is a photo input requirement?

    Ans.
    A “Photo” requirement prompts the user to take photo evidence of the completed action. The user cannot complete the action without taking a photo.

    Q. What is a textual input requirement?

    Ans.
    A Textual Input Requirement forces the user to enter some text to complete the action. A textual match can be required. The effect of non-matching text is that a Reflection is automatically generated drawing attention to the location.

    Q. What is a numeric input requirement?

    Ans.
    A Numeric Input Requirement forces the user to enter a numeric value to complete the action. A numeric match type can be required. The effect of a non-matching value is that a Reflection is automatically generated drawing attention to the location.

    Q. How do I take a great photo to complete the action?

    Ans.
    Make sure there is plenty of light and center the subject of the image in the camera view on your device. Allow the camera to focus on the subject.

    If an example is provided, use that as a guide for what part of the subject to fit in the photo.

    Q. How do I complete an action?

    Ans.

    1. Open your RealCADENCE™ app
    2. Touch your location on the list
    3. Touch the Action List you’re working on
    4. Touch the Action
    5. Touch the “Complete” button
    6. Enter evidence as prompted (Photo, Text, Numeric and/or Confirmation)

    Q. What is the impact of deleting a location on the system?

    Ans.
    Deleting a location will remove it from reporting and cancel all of its scheduled actions.

    Q. How do I update a location and how does it impact the system?

    Ans.
    Modifying locations can have an impact on scheduling of actions. For instance, if you’re changing location hours, schedules that depend on an open and/or closing hours could cause actions to be cancelled or rescheduled.

    To modify a location:

    • Click the “Admin” navigation bar link
    • Choose the “Locations” tab
    • Search for the location in the field: “Search for Location by Name”
    • Modify the values
    • Click the “Save” button

    Q. How do I delete a user?

    Ans.
    Deleting a user will result in removing that user from reporting and prevent that user from accessing the system. Please consider just changing a user’s email and password instead of deleting them.

    To delete a user:

    • Click the “Admin” navigation bar link
    • Choose the “Users” tab
    • Search for the location in the field: “Search for User by Name, Email or Username”
    • Click the “Delete” button

    Q. How do I edit a user?

    Ans.
    To modify user attributes:

    • Click the “Admin” navigation bar link
    • Choose the “Users” tab
    • Search for the location in the field: “Search for User by Name, Email or Username”
    • Modify the values
    • Click the “Save” button

    Q. Managing Settings

    Ans.
    To manage settings:

    • Click the “Admin” navigation bar link
    • Choose the “Settings” tab
    • Choose the “Formats”, “Notifications” or “Group Privileges” sub-tabs

    Formats

    Floor plan formats are a mechanism of describing locations by floor plan. Actions can be assigned to locations with matching Formats.

    Notifications

    Preferences for types of notifications to be sent or received organization-wide.

    Group Privileges

    Organize privileged roles for users.

    Q. What are Location Groups? How do I create a location group?

    Ans.
    It’s typical that an organization will want to assign action lists to groups by region or reporting hierarchy.

    Location Groups are our mechanism for allowing logical groups of locations to be organized in tree structures. This allows users to assign actions and view reports for all or part of the organization.

    To create or manage location groups, click the “Admin” navigation icon, then choose the “Location Groups” tab.

    If you’re creating your first group, click the button “Add A Top Level Group”, give it a name and save the group.

    To create sub-groups, click the “+” button next to that group name in the tree.

    Q. How do I create a location?

    Ans.
    To create a location:

    • Click the “Admin” navigation bar link
    • Choose the “Locations” tab
    • Enter the location values
    • Click the “Save” button

    Q. How do I create a user?

    Ans.
    To create a user:

    • Click the “Admin” navigation bar link
    • Choose the “Users” tab
    • Enter values for the new user
    • Click the “Save” button

    Q. What is a schedule and how do I create it?

    Ans.
    A schedule is what schedules the task for a location, location groups or formats.

    Steps to create a schedule:

    • Go to create view
    • Select a task list.
    • Click the Calendar button to open the schedule window.
    • Go through the wizard and fill in all the information asked to create a schedule.
    • Click Save.

    Q. What is a task and how do I create it?

    Ans.
    A task is the work to be done or undertaken.

    Steps to create a task:

    • Go to Create view.
    • Select a task list, second column will be displayed.
    • Click the (+) button on the top right of the second column.
    • A modal dialog will appear. Fill in all the information and then click save button to create the task.

    Q. What is a task list and how do I create it?

    Ans.
    Task list is a list containing tasks which can then be assigned to a location.

    Steps to create a task list:

    • Click on create view on the left navigation
    • Click the (+) Icon on the top right of the first column.
    • Enter the Task list name, description and add an image (optional but recommended).
    • Click Save.

    Q. What is a location map?

    Ans.
    A location map displays the locations on the map for the logged-in user.

    Q. What are action trends and how is it useful?

    Ans.
    Action Trends represent the following:

    • Actions Due Today: It shows the graph with completion percentage.
    • Actions 30-day Trend: This shows the action completion trend for the last 30 days.

    Q. What are status counts and what does it represent?

    Ans.
    Status Counts are the counts of different statuses of the actions. It represents:

    • Action which are not started in the last 30 days.
    • Action which have been started but not completed in the last 30 days.
    • Action completed in the last 30 days.
    • Actions which were put into reflection in the last 30 days.
    • Actions failed in the last 30 days.
    • Actions that have been accepted in the last 30 days.

    Q. What is organization overview?

    Ans.
    Organization overview represents Action Completion Status for the Last 30 days.

    Q. What is reflect view?

    Ans.
    The Reflect view allows reviewers to filter by date-range and location to find actions requiring attention.
